All Akurana get together was held in Leicester on Sunday 29th September, 2024. Nearly 1100 Akurana people from all over the UK participated in that event. It was an amazing event. Akurana is a Muslim town in the central province in SriLanka. The same town people met each other after long years. Actually it was a celebration. They spent their time chatting with close friends and extended families. A fantastic meal was served for dinner and many other events were staged as they were planned. Everyone was amazed by the superb arrangements that were done by the Leicester Akurana committee.
